Clifton Park, New York will be the site of one of the Largest Gun Shows
in the Northeast. It
is ten miles north of Albany, the Capital District
and is one mile off the Interstate System (Rt. 87

We have found a supplier with 700 tables and we own 115 tables ourselves, so our cut-off date for table sales was rescinded. Plus we are still supplying 8' x 10' draped booths with one table. Now we need you, who asked me to hold tables, to send in your completed application today for this next show on

The draped 8' x 10' booths come with one table and are generally for Sportsman's groups, guide services, taxidermy, hunting lodges or safaris and outdoor sports gear, small boats and equipment dealers, at a very low rate of $250. (We also have some special rates for non-profits and multiples, call us at 518-664-9743.) We will also accommodate Re-enactors and Living History groups as well as Military Vehicle collectors, this will be a very diversified show. We also invite Adirondack crafts, furnishings, decoy carvers, nature artists or photography and related activities or sporting exhibitors. But, this is primarily an Arms Fair or quality GUN SHOW and the entire emphasis is on the buying, selling or trading of firearms and the related activities that surround the American traditions of hunting, target or sport shooting and the collecting of guns and militaria. For over 28 years NEACA has engaged in this business of organizing and promoting Gun Shows and over the years we have become a premier force on the Northeast Gun Show circuit. As the crow flies, it is almost equidistant to the North East Major Population Centers, all nearly 140 miles distant; South is New York City, East is Boston, North is Plattsburgh (and Montreal) and West is Syracuse, all within 2 to 2 1/2 hour’s drive. Allentown, Pennsylvania is about 3 1/2 hour’s drive and Hartford, Connecticut is less than 100 miles away. Our New Clifton Park, NY Arms Fair is very easy to get to from almost anywhere in the Northeast or beyond and will draw from a population of over 30 Million Americans and even more Canadians if they want to drop down to see us. We are very strategically located and our advertising has begun, you will want to be there. The Albany International Airport is a 1/2 hour drive to our show where Shopping Malls, many fine restaurants and Major Hotel chains are within a one to five mile radius. We expect a good response so don't wait to the last month to apply ... two week cut-off for special motel rates ... they will be higher for late comers. Regular Show Times for the
public are Saturday 9 am to 5 pm & Sunday 9 am to 3 pm (But see special weekend pass below) The Regular Saturday & Sunday Admission per Day is $9.00 and for Seniors over 60 it is $8.00 we allow children under 14 in FREE if accompanied by an adult. We will also have Post Card & newspaper ad discounts. |

a SPECIAL WEEKEND PASS for $25.00 which
also allows admission for
Friday Evening
from 6 pm to 8 pm plus Saturday and Sunday
Admission. These have to be ordered in Advance by calling 518-664-9743 credit cards accepted ~ pick-up at our Mechanicville gun shop or add $2.00 service charge for mailing. |
